Therapy Services

I offer in-person therapy sessions at my Ballard-based office in Seattle, as well as virtual therapy for clients located anywhere in Washington state. I currently work with adult individuals (age 18+).

  • The fit between a client and their therapist is one of the most important factors for effective treatment. I offer a free phone consultation to answer your questions, and to help determine if we are a good fit.

    I will also use these consultations to identify your care needs, whether or not I can meet your care needs, and/or to determine if referral to another clinician would be more appropriate.

  • I offer in-person sessions via my therapy office, located in the Ballard neighborhood.

    These sessions are available for adult individuals located near Seattle, WA.

  • I offer virtual therapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform. Many clients prefer to meet virtually in the comfort of their own home. Meeting virtually also provides accessibility and allows many people to fit therapy into their schedule.

    Virtual sessions are available for adult individuals located anywhere in WA state.

Insurance

I am an in-network provider for Premera, Lifewise, and some BCBS plans. If you would like to use insurance, please bring this up in our initial consultation and we can discuss. I can also provide a superbill for my out-of-network clients to seek reimbursement.
